**Position:** Speech Language Pathologist

**Location:** 10503 W Thunderbird Blvd, Ste 200 Sun City, AZ 85351

**Incentives:** $10,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Debt Benefit

**Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday - Friday

**Compensation:** Salaried, starting at $74,000, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

**Banner Physical Therapy** is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Sun City, Arizona. Center Specialties include: Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular, Amputees, Hand Therapy, Dry Needling, Concussion, Revital, and Fall Prevention. Previous experience with adult outpatient population preferred. Must have CCCs for this position!

Responsibilities

+ **Build Relationships:** Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.

+ **Collaborative Approach:** Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services

+ **High Standard of Care:** Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs

+ **Personalized Treatment:** Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.

Qualifications

+ Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.

+ State SLP licensure required

+ ASHA certification is required

+ 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
