    **About the Role:** As a MES Engineer, Candidate must have experience on MES platforms, provided they have seen a complete implementation lifecycle of the solution and have experience with providing MES Production Support, Upgrade Patch Installation Management, Qualification, Application configuration activities. Experience on Syncade or other MES platforms such as FTPS, Werum PASX, POMS, or Opcenter/ CAMSTAR/ SIMATIC-IT.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Lead collaboration with business stakeholders and implementation partners to configure, build, and deploy the MES systems.

     

    Lead cross-functional technical team to ensure a successful implementation of MES systems and technology.

     

    Lead teams of business units, application developers, security, and infrastructure engineering to troubleshoot application integrations that support critical manufacturing processes across operations, quality, and materials.

     

    Business process mapping and design

     

    Site specific requirement analysis and functional specification development

     

    Development and update of SOPs and baseline configuration

     

    End user training on new recipes and post go live support.

     

    Mentor junior Master Recipe authors / team members through EBR recipe life cycle

     

    Identify building blocks for authoring eBRs

    Experience:

    MES Integration and Implementation in Pharma

     

    Must have 6+ years of experience implementing MES for Pharma manufacturing processes such as solid dose drug, biotech (vaccines, drug substance, or drug product), solvent management, gene therapy or packaging.

     

    Must have hands-on experience with deployment of MES.

     

    Experience with implementation of Electronic Batch Records eBRs, workflows, electronic logbooks, MES System Administration and Hyper-care support activities.

     

    Experience in integration of MES with shopfloor equipment, plant automation and enterprise systems.

     

    Strong knowledge of Master data management and configurations

     

    Strong Knowledge of ISA95 and ISA88 Design and Implementation standards

     

    Knowledge of GMP regulations, including 21CFR part 11, and good documentation practices.

     

    Experience working in a high speed, open and global manufacturing environment

     

    Experience working in a SAFe/ Agile environment.

    **Compensation:** - $90,000 to $140,000 +/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Application will be accepted by 06/29/2025
