    Responsibilities:

    + Run SMT assembly machines per work instructions

    + Maintain flow across multiple pieces of inline automated assembly machines

    + Follow all safety and ergonomics programs & guidelines

    + Perform basic quality checks as required

    + Participate in team based continuous improvement activities

    + Perform other work as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment

    + Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality

    Additional Information:

    + Paid on the job training is provided - No experience required

    + 1st shift: Hours for this position are 5:00am - 3:10pm Monday through Thursday (4-10 hour days)

    + 2nd shift: Hours for this position are 2:50pm - 1:00am Monday through Thursday (4-10 hour days)

    + Top pay is $24.55 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential

    + Climate controlled working environment
