Description

The hourly rate for this position is $16.00 - 20.00 per hour based on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

+ Clean designated interior of building areas, including but not limited to dusting / wiping down surfaces, sinks, counter tops, desks, chairs, windows, fixtures, and ledges.

+ Detail clean restrooms.

+ Clean hard surfaces and carpet floors.

+ Empty trash and recycling receptacles.

+ Re-stock supply carts, closets, and designated areas.

+ Move and set up furniture.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

+ Ability to move around freely in a building, including navigating stairs and ramps, is important.

+ Ability to use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.

+ Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions from supervisors.

+ Ability to work independently and take the initiative to complete tasks without constant supervision is often required.

+ Ability to adapt to changes in work assignments and priorities is essential.

+ Ability to identify and solve problems related to cleanliness and safety.
