The HRIS System Support Specialist II is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, standard report writing, testing of system changes, security administration, and analysis of data flows to and from an
assigned vendor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Analyzes, develops, and implements custom and standardized reports for various groups to include HR and Executive Management
+ Serves as an escalation point for reporting and application issues from product users
+ Performs system testing and quality assurance
+ Creates process manuals and user documentation
+ Maintains custom tables within the database
+ Performs data imports and creates new import templates upon request
+ Processes requests to set up new users, change access levels, create new security classes, and remove users
+ Analyzes and evaluates opportunities to improve processes and/or tools to ensure highest level of quality
+ Acts as a key liaison with ADP and other assigned vendors
+ Works with HR teams to maintain data integrity by providing audit reports and making corrections within the database
+ Provides user training as needed
+ Performs routine administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) group
+ Maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field preferred
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ Two to five years of HRIS experience
+ Working knowledge of ADP EV5 and ADP Reporting/Reportsmith
+ Excellent analytical and communication skills
+ Computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and SQL
+ Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures
+ Ability to multitask effectively and handle highly confidential information
+ Proficiency in the English language is required
Wage/Salary Information:
$55,000 - $75,000 annually, with a $6,000 annual bonus potential
