Service Delivery Manager – IT Equipment Logistics (763730)
Team up with our Global Fortune 500 Tech Client and FIFA and help prepare systems and equipment deliveries for the 2026 World Cup! You’ll be an embedded manager for our client making all deliver and return logistics happen smoothly and in the right time-windows at various FIFA locations and venues.
This is intended to be a 6-month contract assignment with a defined end date, but there is an opportunity for direct-hire. In the words of our client: “If someone comes in and really knocks our socks off, we’ll fight to keep them”.
Job Specifics
Liaison between client and our client. You’ll be a contract-savvy project manager. Studies contracts to understand deliverables. Generates orders to bring in IT Equipment: Units, Palettes of equipment, per venue in specific time windows. Runup to FIFA World Cup events all over the country.
+ Weekly tie-off meetings with the client (FIFA)
+ Raid logs
+ Meeting minutes with actions, owners, and timelines
+ Very much like a PM role, with client relationship management, managing emotions in stressful situations
+ Move products and deliverables and escalate as needed
+ You’ll need a thick skin, take ownership, and drive actions
+ Maintain client trust by delivering what is promised
100% onsite – no remote - at Coral Gables FIFA offices onsite at client location. Generally, 5-days onsite, but time flexibility to work around the client demands is important. Might move to a hybrid role later.
Any MSP seasoned delivery manager from any industry is fine. Tech industry or Sports industry is a plus.
6-month contract, potential direct-hire, but FIFA is over at the end. If you’re crushing it, there’s potential for direct-hire.
Travel requirement is unknown, but not likely.
Top 3 MUST HAVES:
+ Past experience in Service Delivery or high-end Project Manager role
+ ITIL
+ Can-Do, Engaging personality. You **MUST** be able to handle a stressed Client and earn/build trust.
+ Flexible, Adaptable, Chaos manager
+ Able and enjoy putting your head down to drive through challenges
Plusses:
+ ServiceNow or SAP4 HANA experience
+ Logistics and reverse logistics experience

**Pay Details:** $45.00 to $51.49 per hour
