    Customer Care Agent – $15.00/hr | Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM

     

    Are you a friendly, reliable communicator with a passion for helping people? We’re hiring **Customer Care Agents** to support our client by answering inbound calls and providing top-tier customer service.

     

    **Location:** Eldorado, AR

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $15.00 per hour

    What You’ll Do:

    + Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally and courteously

    + Provide basic support and direct customers to the correct internal teams

    + Log and update call information using internal systems

    + Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
