Adecco is looking to hire an Experienced Office Operations Manager for their client in the city of Norwalk, CA.
Key Requirements:
• Ability to manage all departments: Front office, Sales Admin, Sales, Warehouse, Field Leads and Tech's
• Responsible for the facilities day to day operations: Repairs & maintenance of building, research when large purchases needed, for example telephone systems including Wi-Fi, company vehicles/trucks, computers, cell phones..etc.
• HR experience a must
• Payroll experience a must: Review all timesheets necessary due to significant amount of overtime, must know O/T California rules
• A/R & A/P a must
• QuickBooks desktop a must
• Microsoft Excel and Word a must
• Experience in managing complex projects and handle pressure well
• Organized and able to multitask a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
• Independent problem-solving and decision-making a must
• Some accounting experience a plus

**Pay Details:** $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
