Responsibilities for an Enrollment Specialist include but are not limited to:

+ Complete the full cycle of identification, validation, enrollment, and billing procedures related to members

+ Work on customer applications, eligibility, and address discrepancies in internal systems

+ Generate monthly premium bills, process payments, and correct billing discrepancies

+ Perform account reconciliation and manage changes to payment types as requested by members

+ Collaborate with member services, enrollment, and finance departments while adhering to HIPAA and company compliance standards

Candidates for Enrollment Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ 1+ year of experience in a production or metrics-driven environment

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to navigate multiple systems and type efficiently

+ Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in medical billing, claims, or enrollment

+ Previous experience in a healthcare setting

+ Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM AST

**Pay Details:** $13.50 per hour
