We're representing a **large-scale, fast-paced Contract Manufacturer-** often involving **global supply chains and contract manufacturing for tech giants (e.g., Nvidia, Apple, Dell, Samsung, Intel etc.)** in hiring **a** Material Expeditor / Project Coordinator who is critical for **keeping production lines running smoothly and avoiding costly delays** .

3. We are looking for senior Buyers with background in project/program management and supply chain. Ideal candidate shall come from OEM, Electronical Manufacturing industry.
As a **Material Expeditor / Project Coordinator** , you will play a critical dual role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials through the manufacturing process while supporting the successful execution of customer and internal projects. This position bridges supply chain logistics and project operations, helping to meet production deadlines, maintain material readiness, and keep project milestones on track. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, and quality to identify bottlenecks, coordinate resources, and maintain visibility over critical timelines and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Track and expedite materials, parts, and components to ensure timely delivery to production lines.
+ Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to resolve shortages or delays.
+ Maintain accurate material status in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and generate reports for leadership.
+ Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities across departments.
+ Support cross-functional meetings by preparing agendas, tracking action items, and following up.
+ Document and update project schedules, timelines, and material delivery forecasts.
+ Serve as a communication hub between internal teams and external vendors or customers.
+ Identify risks to project timelines or material flow and escalate or resolve issues proactively.
+ Support new product introductions (NPI), product transfers, or high-priority builds.
+ Assist with customer deliverables, reporting, and project updates as needed.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
+ 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or project coordination (electronics industry preferred).
+ Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
+ Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
+ Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus but not required.
+ Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
