Job Title: Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customer inquiries. This role receives and responds to a high volume of customer emails, web inquiries and phone calls. The primary focus of the Customer Service Representative role is to deliver service excellence by providing superior customer service in all communications.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer web inquiries, direct emails, and incoming phone calls, referring inquiries to the proper department and subject matter expert.
• Answer incoming customer calls on multiple phone lines, utilizing active listening and communication skills.
• Ask probing questions to obtain detailed information and determine the next steps based on customer needs.
• Become familiar with our range of services to refer customers to the appropriate point of contact to meet their service needs.
• Accurately input data into Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems, keeping record of customer interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 0 to 2 years of customer service experience or call center experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency required, experience with CRM is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to actively listen and multi-task
