What You’ll Do:

+ Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads to develop into insurance related home renewal projects.

+ Obtain required solicitation or canvassing permits from various municipalities before engaging in door-to-door activity.

+ Educate homeowners on storm damage, the insurance claims process, and their potential eligibility for roof replacement along with other eligible products.

+ Perform 10+ preliminary roof and exterior inspections per week to identify and document all storm or hail damage and assess claim viability.

+ Assist homeowners with initiating and navigating their insurance claims process.

+ Meet insurance adjusters at inspection to help ensure the claim is approved by the insurance provider.

+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.

+ Communicate supplemental items in the scope of work to the insurance provider for approval.

+ Actively source referrals from your customers.

+ Collaborate with internal teams, including production and project managers, to ensure smooth job execution.

+ Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

+ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or designated system.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Feldco expects the Insurance Restoration Specialist to maintain an entrepreneurial spirit in generating new customer prospects and leads. The Insurance Restoration Specialist should always maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with both internal and external customers. They should demonstrate intelligence and problem solving ability and possess strong communication and presentation skills. The Insurance Restoration Specialist has accountability for customer satisfaction, and must be reliable and consistent with both internal and external customers. The Insurance Restoration Specialist must be project oriented and be able to follow up with structured action. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, and report consistently to his/her Sales Manager as directed

Normal Expected Work Schedule*:

Monday-Thursday

+ 11 am – 12 pm: Office- Daily Team Meeting

+ 12 pm- 3 pm: Door Knocking

+ 3 pm – 4 pm: Lunch/Follow Up

+ 4 pm- 7 pm: Door Knocking

Saturday

+ 10 am – 3 pm: Door Knocking

Job Information:

+ Location: 6300 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018

+ Pay Range: $40,000 - 100,000

+ + You will receive a $40,000 base salary + bonuses to drive earning potential

+ Normal Expected Work Schedule*:

+ Monday-Thursday

+ 11 am – 12 pm: Office- Daily Team Meeting

+ 12 pm- 3 pm: Door Knocking

+ 3 pm – 4 pm: Lunch/Follow Up

+ 4 pm- 7 pm: Door Knocking
