CAMPUS RECRUITING COORDINATOR - HUMAN RESOURCES/TALENT ACQUISITION - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Campus Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for performing administrative duties for the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team. They will be responsible for coordinating a robust slate of recruitment events in partnership with Talent Acquisition recruiters and management. They will communicate extensively with internal and external stakeholders and use a range of software and online tools including Microsoft products, Oracle Cloud HCM (Applicant Tracking System), Handshake, and various college career services online systems.
+ Coordinates and manages the recruiting event schedule during the fall & spring recruitment.
+ Registers for and manages event logistics for career fairs, on campus interviews, presentations, and site visits.
+ Communicates proactively with and responds to inquiries from college and university contacts, corporate recruiters, management, and internal campus ambassadors.
+ Prepares and distributes recruiting materials.
+ Serves as administrator for company accounts for college career services online systems including Handshake.
+ Assists with coordination and execution of the annual internship program.
+ Generates various recruiting reports.
+ Tracks and maintains the recruitment supply inventory.
+ During the campus recruiting off-season, assists with recruiting project work and strategic planning for next cycle.
+ Processes department expenses and manages department corporate purchasing card.
+ Manages shared recruiting email inbox.
+ Cross-trained to back up interview scheduling coordinator as needed.
+ Has ability to work overtime during campus recruiting peak seasons.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
+ Demonstrated pattern of highly effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability.
+ Possess unquestionable ability to maintain confidentiality.
+ Ability to initiate appropriate action independently as well as exercise maturity in judgment.
+ Ability to prioritize work and keep track of many projects simultaneously.
+ Demonstrated successful use of personal computers and word processing and ability to learn and use specialized computer programs.
+ Software proficiency in the Windows environment includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred
+ Associate degree or higher.

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $18.25 - $25.50 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
