In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supervising Part 145 repair station operations to ensure optimal performance. Managing production schedules, cost and safety standards. Ensuring quality standards, employee training and high employee morale in repair station operations. Manages all customer returned items to ensure correct actions are taken to disposition in a timely and appropriate manner. Qualification Requirements
A. Education & Qualification List the Scholarship degree, type, etc. i.e.:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
B. Work Experience - Technical knowledge:
• At least three years of experience in a production environment.
• Two years of prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• FAA Repairman Certification required within ninety (90) days of employment. FAA A&P will also satisfy certification requirement
• Knowledge of FAA Part 145 Repair Station Statutes.
C. Professional Skills:
• Must have knowledge of MRP systems, scheduling, and blueprints.
• Must have the ability to direct and motivate other employees.
• Must have knowledge of bargaining agreement or willingness to learn.
• Must be computer literate.
• MAPICS experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment.
• Ability to read and review written communication.
• Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English.

Job Requirements
1. General Work Conditions (Physical Demands)
Physical Demands: This position requires extended periods of sitting while working with computers and viewing computer monitors and other office equipment. Finger dexterity needed in using misc. office equipment such as telephone, computer and copy machine, etc. Bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to approximately twenty pounds are required during tasks related to the job
Work environment: The work environment includes office setting with moderate office noise
