This position is a Continuous Improvement professional role, who applies Lean Manufacturing activities to improve our operations regarding with process efficiency, quality, productivity and savings.

This professional works actively on Kaizen events/One Safran wave give support in operations and promote lean culture in the company, also with the use of lean tools helps the organization to development or deploy 5S's program, participative innovation and Layout changes; Maintains a continuous learning environment with production and support functions.

Qualifications:

Education:

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.

•Lean Manufacturing and Six-Sigma methodologies training.

Experience:

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing processes, a must.

•Minimum of 2 years' experience in Continuous Improvement, preferred.

•Experience in Aerospace or a related industry is desired.

Knowledge:

•Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies- Basic

•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing – Basic

•Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with internal and external customers.

•Capable of managing large amounts of data and multiple tasks.

•Ability to build strategic working relationships at all levels of the organization.

•Strong ability to analyze various options to determine best solution for the organization.

•Self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic team environment and produce results with minimal management guidance.

The expected salary range for this position is between $68,640 - $97,210 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
