Job Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative:

**$15.50/hr + $0.50 language differential** with opportunity to increase pay to $17.05/hr within 60 days. No experience required. We provide full-time paid training! Role starts full-time on-site with ability to work hybrid (1-2 days) after 60 days!

What You’ll Do:

+ Serve as the voice of Boost Mobile, helping customers by resolving issues and promoting our services

+ Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans

+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation, with a focus on one-call resolution

+ Identify opportunities for improving customer service and efficiency by analyzing call trends and providing feedback

+ Become an advocate for customer needs, providing solutions for technical issues and offering support to a diverse consumer base

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
