    Primary Function

     

    As an Associate Producer (Level 1), you will support the planning and execution of live events within the company’s Event Studios, premium Event Centers, and digital platforms. In this role, you’ll work closely with Producers and event teams, providing essential coordination, logistical, and day-of-show oversight to ensure smooth event workflows and exceptional outcomes.

     

    With this hands-on position, you’ll combine creative problem-solving with operational precision to help bring full-scale productions to life. You’ll assist in all aspects of event production, from concept to execution, ensuring a smooth workflow and an engaging experience for the audience.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    + Produce elevated level productions as primary POC. Attend rehearsals and show days as primary project POC.

    + Liaise with clients in all phases of event production, including pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery of program assets

    + Collaborate with creative and technical teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables

    + Collect and disseminate client assets and speaker/presenter information

    + Create detailed run-of-show, applying knowledge of program requirements, event space capabilities, and crew needs

    + Review run of show with crew technical leads and update show specs in real time during events

    + Maintain project tracking systems and documentation, ensuring updates are accurate and tasks are completed on schedule

    + Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency

    + Attend production syncs with client and event management teams

    + Shadow Sr. Producers to gain knowledge of best practices for executive level events, and in the overall event landscape in the largest venues

    + Serve as a backup to Producers and EVSC as needed

    + Offer creative solutions for production challenges while maintaining alignment with the company’s standards

    + Participate in special projects, client meetings, and training sessions to develop a deeper understanding of event production workflows and technologies

    + Other duties and special projects support as assigned

    Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to interface effectively with a variety of people including team personnel, clients, and vendors to establish productive, ongoing relationships

    + Proficient with event production workflows, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination

    + Solid understanding of production and AV systems, including cameras, switchers, audio equipment and lighting

    + Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

    + Proficiency in Google Workspace as well as Microsoft Office required

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with team members, clients, and vendors

    + Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment

    + Proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to address challenges creatively

    + Willingness to jump in and assist with tasks as needed to support the team

    + Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

    Education & Experience

    + Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

    + Proficiency in Google Workspace as well as Microsoft Office required

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with team members, clients, and vendors

    + Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
