    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team in Morgantown, WV. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage HR functions while fostering a positive work environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.

    + Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

    + Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a harmonious workplace.

    + Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.

    + Design and implement organization design initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency.

    + Lead affirmative action planning efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.

    + Collaborate with management on project management initiatives related to HR functions.

    + Provide guidance on performance management processes and employee development programs.

    Skills

    + Strong knowledge of employment labor law and compliance requirements.

    + Proficient in organization design principles and practices.

    + Experience with leveraging HR technologies such as Kronos and/or Dayforce for Payroll processing and SAP Success FActors for Employee Management.

    + Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    + Proven recruiting skills with a focus on attracting top talent.

    + Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships across all levels of the organization.
