The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our Education Segment to support our client on campus at the West Virginia University. This is great opportunity for innovative marketing professional to support our onsite operations teams, developing strategies to create the consumer experience. You will be valuating key client marketing plans/materials relative to effectiveness and/or ROI, as well as providing recommendations for improved efficiencies/changes based on your expertise. You will report to the Director of Marketing who will also be oniste at WVU to help driving all marketing initiatives and specific to the growth of this account. If you are ready to contribute to the team by executing the marketing strategy for different campus locations, this is a great role for you.

What you'll be doing:

+ Serve as marketing Liaison/Lead with WVU

+ Develop unit-specific strategic marketing plans with support of Director of Marketing.

+ Execute program strategies for on campus

+ Collect / Track Program Data

+ Develop and execute retail promotional strategies for culinary concepts

+ Develop marketing programs aimed to increase customer satisfaction, participation and or revenue

+ Manage / support on-campus:

+ Digital Signage

+ Company Store

+ SharePoint

+ Marketing Plans

+ Press Releases

+ Social Media

+ Websites

What we're looking for:

_Must-haves:_

+ 3-5 years of Marketing Experience or related field

+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience

+ Experience in Social Media Marketing (Paid and non-paid ads, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat)

+ Solid understanding of marketing strategies and tactics (food service, retail or restaurant management preferred)

+ Demonstrated ability to relate well to individuals and groups with widely varying backgrounds, perspectives, education and skills is required

+ Proficient experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.

_Nice-to-haves;_

+ Experience working in a marketing capacity in Food Services

Compensation Range

$65,000 - $72,000
