    We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage intelligence programs in support of U.S. national security efforts. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in intelligence analysis, team leadership, and program oversight, ensuring that all objectives are met in accordance with client requirements and contract deliverables.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide overall management and oversight of intelligence-related programs and personnel.

    + Lead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with contract scope, timelines, and budget constraints.

    + Serve as the primary interface with the customer, stakeholders, and internal teams.

    + Oversee daily operations, team performance, and deliverable quality.

    + Ensure compliance with intelligence requirements, analytical processes, and security protocols.

    + Mentor and supervise a multidisciplinary team of analysts and support staff.

    + Support the development, review, and dissemination of intelligence products.

    + Use Microsoft Office Suite tools to develop reports, presentations, and briefings.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.

    + Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

    + At least five (5) years of intelligence analysis experience within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC).

    + Minimum of three (3) years of program management, leadership, or supervisory experience.

    + Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills, demonstrated through experience on multi-disciplinary teams.

    + Strong writing, editorial, and grammar skills, with at least two (2) years of writing-intensive work (e.g., publishing, editing, intelligence reporting).

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or other federal government (non-USIC) roles.

    + Technical or hard science background (e.g., engineering, data science, cybersecurity).

    + Experience as a certified release authority for intelligence product dissemination.

    + PMP or other project/program management certification (highly desirable).
