    Job Title: Jr Accounting SpecialistJob Description

     

    This is an entry-level role ideal for graduates holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. The position involves learning and executing tasks such as generating reports, performing general ledger duties, processing invoices, and handling various accounting responsibilities under the guidance of the company controller.

    Responsibilities

    + Generate financial reports as required.

    + Perform general ledger duties.

    + Process and manage invoices.

    + Conduct general accounting responsibilities under supervision.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.5.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    + Ability to learn quickly.

    + Understanding of accounts receivable processes.

    + Experience with general ledger and finance activities.

    + Familiarity with SAP software.

    Work Environment

    The position is based in an office located in Westlake Village, with a small team of only three people. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
