    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on AP experience, particularly in environments involving multi-entity accounting and ERP systems. The successful candidate will support day-to-day AP processing and assist with audit preparation. Familiarity with NetSuite is a strong plus, especially as we prepare for a system implementation going live in June 2025. This role is a 6 month contract that may extend or convert depending on performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Process high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.

    + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with minimal supervision.

    + Assist with audit preparation by pulling and organizing relevant documentation.

    + Support AP functions for a parent company with multiple subsidiaries, including allocation and reporting.

    + Present findings and recommend process improvements or corrective actions.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely payments and accurate records.

    + Adapt quickly to new systems and contribute to a smooth ERP transition.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    + 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a mid-size or large organization.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

    + Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred); ability to “plug and play” in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.

    Bonus Skills

    + Experience with Macros, VBA, or Power BI.

    + Prior involvement in ERP implementations or system upgrades.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
