    Join a well-established, multi-disciplinary firm as a motivated Survey Office Technician or Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT). This role offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of projects and grow professionally. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD Civil3D and will work with field teams to incorporate collected data into construction documents.

    Responsibilities

    + Draft Boundary, Topographic, and ALTA surveys, as well as plats and exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

    + Interpret legal descriptions, easement documents, and field notes for accurate data representation.

    + Coordinate with field crews to compute and prepare data for fieldwork and construction staking.

    + Research public records, utility data, and aerial imagery to support survey documentation.

    + Explore advanced technologies such as UAS (drones), laser scanning, and point cloud processing.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience or understanding of surveying with 0-1 years of experience.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and understanding of the survey industry.

    + Strong design and drafting skills in topography, land surveying, and site development.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + LSIT certification preferred but not required.

    + Over 3 years of experience is considered, but the firm is willing to train the right candidate.

    Work Environment

    The role requires full-time office presence initially with potential for flexible remote days. The office is newly built in Plymouth, offering a modern work environment. The survey team comprises 5-10 people, working closely with multiple field crews, drafters, technicians, project managers, and other teams such as Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
