Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Security Cyber DevSecOps Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. This role is critical in ensuring the secure development, deployment, and operation of our software and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity principles, DevSecOps practices, and compliance frameworks, particularly within the defense and aerospace sectors. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Implement and manage Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions for threat detection, incident response, and compliance. • Apply the CIA Triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) in designing and maintaining secure systems. • Interpret and apply Security Requirements Guides (SRGs) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to ensure compliance. • Utilize Assured Compliance and Assessment Solution (ACAS) tools for vulnerability scanning and compliance reporting. • Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and other identity and access management controls. • Conduct security automation and compliance scans on Linux VMs using tools such as OpenSCAP, SCAP, and Evaluate STIG. • Integrate OWASP best practices into application development and security testing. • Manage and maintain a robust security patch management process. • Follow the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle, including categorization, control selection, implementation, assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or related roles. • Hands-on experience with SIEM tools and log analysis. • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity compliance tools and standards (e.g., ACAS, STIGs, RMF). • Proficiency in Linux environments and security automation tools. • Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices. • Experience with vulnerability management and patching processes. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or equivalent. • Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, etc.). • Familiarity with container security (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience working in a DoD or aerospace environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $126880.00 - $187200.00/hr.
