Job Title: Bilingual Dental AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Dental Assistant to join our team, providing essential care to a diverse range of patients, including elderly and mental health patients. This role involves working with approximately 10-16 patients daily, and requires a certified dental assistant with a focus on maintaining a clean and sterile environment. Administrative duties such as triaging calls, entering data, following up with patients post-procedure, and scheduling appointments are also part of the role.

Responsibilities

+ Provide dental assistance to a wide age range of patients, including elderly and mental health patients.

+ Perform sterilization of dental instruments and maintain a clean work environment.

+ Conduct administrative tasks including triaging calls, data entry, patient follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.

+ Assist in molding crowns, composites, and dentures.

+ Work collaboratively under the direction of the dentist.

Essential Skills

+ Certified Dental Assistant certification is required.

+ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.

+ Experience in dental molding techniques for crowns, composites, and dentures.

+ Knowledge of sterilization procedures and administrative skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Open to candidates from entry-level to expert experience levels.

+ The company provides study materials for certification within two months of starting if not already certified.

Work Environment

The position is part-time, requiring 26 hours per week, with a flexible schedule yet to be determined. The role involves working with 10-16 patients per day under the supervision of a dentist. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
