Job Title: Mail Clerk - Pharmacy

Responsibilities

+ Fax and print documents.

+ Perform pharmacy data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

+ Handle phone calls to members and providers.

+ Adhere to a production-driven schedule and maintain workflow even after meeting goals.

+ Assist staff with tasks to maintain proper workflow and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

+ Engage in rotating responsibilities, including mailroom activities and outbound phone calls.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in mail operations.

+ Proficient data entry skills.

+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

+ Effective written communication abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Customer service experience.

+ Administrative support skills.

+ Printer support and operational knowledge.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
