We are a leading manufacturer of specialty insulation materials for the electrical and electronics industries.

We are growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to help us maintain the high standards our customers rely on.

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $24/hour

Dress Code: Business Casual

• What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Quality team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our liquid and solid insulating products. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Inspecting and testing raw materials, in-process intermediates, and finished goods

+ Performing physical, chemical, and performance-based testing using lab instruments

+ Documenting and reporting test results with precision and clarity

+ Collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues

+ Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across departments

+ Maintaining lab equipment and performing basic troubleshooting

+ Communicating results to R&D, production, and engineering teams

• What You Bring

+ Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Chemical, Materials, Mechanical preferred)

+ Experience in a quality, manufacturing, or lab environment (preferred)

+ Familiarity with chemical/materials testing and lab procedures

+ Proficiency in spreadsheets, document control systems, and lab/quality data systems

+ Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills

+ Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams

• Work Environment & Physical Requirements

+ Work in both laboratory and manufacturing floor settings

+ Stand for 6+ hours per day and handle lab materials with manual dexterity

+ Thrive in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
