_Equipment Operator- Weekly Pay - Start ASAP_

_Pay: $24/hour (depending on experience)_

_Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 5 pm_

_We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team! The role involves operating various vehicles such as forklifts, skid steers, skid loaders, and potentially scissor lifts. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in construction or warehouse environments. While the primary responsibility is equipment operation, candidates must also be willing to perform heavy lifting and material handling manually. The job includes performing concrete slat replacement in hog barns, with the possibility of overnight travel. Accommodation and a per diem for food will be provided during travel._

_Responsibilities/Skills:_

+ _Operate equipment including forklifts, skid steers, skid loaders, and potentially scissor lifts._

+ _Perform heavy lifting and material handling manually as required._

+ _Conduct concrete slat replacement in hog barns._

+ _Perform additional tasks as assigned._

+ _Proficiency in operating forklifts, skid steers, skid loaders, and scissor lifts._

+ _Experience in equipment operation and material handling._

_Work Environment:_

_Work for a family-owned company with a small to medium-sized team. The role involves both indoor and outdoor work, with direct support from supervisors. Employees may occasionally interact with customers and should maintain a presentable appearance. Be prepared to work in environments that may include various smells._

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
