    Industrial Painter

     

    _Snyder, Nebraska | Permanent Position_

     

    We are hiring Industrial Painters across experience levels, with structured growth opportunities. You’ll paint and prepare industrial trucks and parts, ensuring high-quality finishes.

    Responsibilities

    + Clean and inspect parts before painting

    + Mix coatings and apply primers, sealers, and finishes using spray equipment

    + Correct application errors as needed

    + Maintain spray equipment and paint booth cleanliness

    + Handle hazardous waste and follow safety protocols

     

    Skills & Qualifications

    Required:

    + Industrial or auto body painting experience

    + Ability to mix and apply paint products

    + Knowledge of spray gun operation and maintenance

    + Understanding of finish quality standards

    + Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations

    Preferred:

    + 1-year automotive paint prep experience

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Proficiency with sanders, grinders, and hand tools

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Work Environment

    + Manufacturing floor with 160 colleagues

    + Team sizes range from 6-15

    + Physical demands: bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs)

    + Non-temperature-controlled workspace, exceeding 95°F

    + Strict adherence to safety procedures

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr.

     

    Health insurance, 401K, pto, sick leave, paid leave, 40+ hour work weeks
