Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled individual to assist in assembling cranes. The ideal candidate will have a experience in manufacturing and will be comfortable with repetitive motions and mechanical tasks. This role requires standing during 8-hour shifts with minimal breaks.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble crane components according to blueprints and specifications.

+ Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.

+ Perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production.

+ Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and other tools.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or a similar environment.

+ Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform repetitive motions.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience in assembly line production.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1-2+ years of related experience in assembly or a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

This position is in a non-climate-controlled facility. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newton, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $30.00/hr.
