    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a General Production worker where you will collaborate in small teams to operate press machines that manufacture parts. You will rotate through various tasks as assigned by your supervisor or team lead, inspect items produced by the machines, and prepare products for shipping.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate press machines in small teams to produce parts.

    + Rotate through various tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team lead.

    + Inspect items as they come out of the machine for quality assurance.

    + Stack and prepare products for shipping.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in machine operation.

    + Ability to lift 50 pounds.

    + Teamwork and collaboration.

    + Attention to detail in inspection and production processes.

    + Willingness to work and stand for a 12-hour shift.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + General labor experience is beneficial.

    Work Environment

     

    This role involves working 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule, alternating between 3 and 4 days each week, including every other weekend. Work environments include shifts from 4:50 am to 5 pm or 4:50 pm to 5 am, with opportunities to work on different large presses daily. Expect to get dirty as part of the job, and work in small teams of 3 to 8 members. The dress code requires steel-toed boots and jeans, with any work-appropriate shirt.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
