Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This role involves accountability for rebuilding, overhauling, inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing issues on all industrial and facility-related equipment. While primarily supporting an assigned shift, flexibility in working hours is required to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair problems on all industrial production and some facility-related equipment.
+ Read, understand, and troubleshoot equipment using schematics, prints, and electrical diagrams.
+ Perform preventive maintenance inspections on all industrial production and building-related equipment.
+ Record repairs, preventive maintenance tasks, work orders, and other related tasks.
+ Rebuild, overhaul, and repair automated CNC machine tools, ensuring accurate machine operation through precision adjustments.
+ Handle hazardous waste disposal with proper training and equipment.
+ Execute general maintenance work orders.
+ Work directly with and provide support to outside contractor resources.
+ Maintain department cleanliness and organization through housekeeping and 5S practices.
+ Research and develop procedures and generate documentation for new equipment installations or unique events requiring hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school education or equivalent.
+ 3-7 years of experience with Industrial Automated Systems Maintenance, Metal Fabrication Equipment Maintenance, and Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
+ 2-year technical school degree from an accredited institution in trades such as Industrial Maintenance, Automated Industrial Systems, Industrial pneumatic/electronic controls, HVAC, plumbing, electricity, welding, fluid power, or mechanics.
+ Ability to attend and complete formal training on automated equipment and/or facilities-related tools and automated equipment (CNC lathes and mills) if necessary.
+ Special Engineer State of Minnesota Low Pressure Boiler License if deemed necessary.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
