    Hiring Machine Operators in Denver, CO - Elevate Your Career in Stainless Steel Manufacturing!

    Job Description:

    Join a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry, producing high-quality stainless steel band clamps for the oil and gas sector. This role involves operating production machinery and ensuring the quality of products from start to finish.

    Shift & Pay:

    -2nd: 2:00pm-10:30pm (M-F) - **$20/hr**

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate production machinery that produces clamps, sometimes managing up to two machines simultaneously.

    + Feed product into the machine and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.

    + Make small mechanical adjustments to machines as needed to maintain optimal performance.

    + Stand by the machine to monitor and report any defects or breakdowns promptly.

    + Package and label products once they have passed through the machinery.

    + Select tools and parts required for machine operation each day.

    Essential Skills:

    + A minimum of 6 months of experience in production or manufacturing.

    + Ability to stand in one place for extended periods.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + Experience in machine operation is not required but beneficial.

    Work Environment:

    The work environment is a loud manufacturing setting, producing steel products. It is clean and well-maintained, requiring the ability to cope with consistent noise levels. Employees will primarily work independently after training but will be surrounded by colleagues. Appropriate attire includes steel-toed shoes and jeans without holes.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $23.00/hr.
