Job Title: Construction Cleanup Technician

Job Description

We are seeking qualified Construction Cleanup Technicians to join our team on a newly started project in Lenoir, NC. As part of the contractor overseeing construction, you will assist in performing various tasks to ensure the site is well-maintained and spotless throughout development. Your duties will include basic cleanup, floor buffing, dusting, setting up barriers, erecting tents, moving materials, and performing basic mechanical tasks as needed. Flexibility and versatility are crucial as you will be required to undertake a variety of responsibilities on-site.

Responsibilities

+ Perform cleaning and sweeping tasks to maintain site cleanliness.

+ Transport materials as required across the construction site.

+ Assist with carpentry and general labor tasks.

+ Provide support to leads and take direction effectively.

+ Use hand tools and carpentry skills for various tasks.

+ Ensure site safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general labor and construction cleanup.

+ Proficient in using hand tools, carpentry, and framing.

+ Ability to accurately use a tape measure.

+ Strong work ethic and ability to stay busy and on task.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to work night shifts from 8pm to 5am, Monday through Saturday.

+ A positive attitude and the ability to take direction effectively.

Work Environment

The work week consists of Monday to Friday with 10-hour days, and some Saturdays may be required. Professionalism is crucial as you represent both the contractor and the client on this high-profile site.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lenoir, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
