    Job Title: HVAC Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Technician with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation and repair. This role requires professionalism in presentation and frequent client-facing interactions. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. Your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues and providing effective solutions.

    Responsibilities

    + Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.

    + Perform system upgrades as needed.

    + Communicate with clients to explain system issues and repair options.

    + Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

    + Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, components, and controls.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong communication and customer service skills.

    + Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High knowledge of residential systems and how to evaluate issues.

    + Knowledge of other disciplines such as electrical systems.

    + Experience with PLC control and sheet metal work.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, occasionally in small spaces. You will be expected to handle various environmental conditions while maintaining professionalism and safety standards.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Monica, CA. It would require travel within the West LA area and surrounding cities.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
