    **Job Type:** Contract to Hire

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a range of automatic and semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly systems, used in the production of semiconductor components. You’ll work with computer-controlled equipment, ensuring smooth operation, quality output, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate production machinery to meet quality, efficiency, and productivity targets.

    + Monitor and inspect output to ensure it meets specified tolerances.

    + Operate fab equipment and tools for wafer/panel processing.

    + Handle sensitive materials with precision and care.

    + Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

    + Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Management teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

    Required Qualifications

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience operating manufacturing machinery.

    + Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and machine operations.

    + Ability to independently load and operate machines with wafers from day one.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Prior experience in cleanroom environments.

    + Background in assembly, production, or medical device manufacturing.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
