Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Job Description
We are actively seeking experienced journeyman electricians with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Specializing in commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential projects throughout mid-Michigan, our primary focus is on multi-family residential projects, specifically four stories and below. The ideal candidate should be capable of operating independently and completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner, meeting client expectations.
Responsibilities
+ Running wire
+ Running and bending conduit
+ Reading and understanding blueprints and schematics
+ Building fixtures
+ Executing rough and finish layouts
+ Installing light fixtures and control panels
Essential Skills
+ Valid Journeyman's license through the state of Michigan
+ 3+ years experience working as a journeyman electrician
+ Comfortable working independently without instruction
+ Experience working in commercial and residential spaces
+ Valid driver's license
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Foreman experience
+ Conduit bending
+ Blueprint reading

Work Environment
Candidates will work in a new construction environment and must be comfortable working in both hot and cold weather, as well as clean and dirty environments. The work environment is often loud and includes other subcontractors on site. Professionalism and punctuality are essential.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Lansing, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
