Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all production and facility equipment. This role involves coordinating with maintenance technicians, production supervisors, and vendors to plan and prioritize work orders, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all production and facility equipment.
+ Coordinate with maintenance technicians, production supervisors, and vendors to plan and prioritize work orders.
+ Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, USDA, SQF).
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts inventory, and equipment history in the CMMS.
+ Order and manage spare parts inventory to support planned and unplanned maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning or coordination, preferably in the food & beverage or manufacturing industry.
+ Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, MP2, eMaint).
+ Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Work Environment
This position is a 1st shift opportunity based in a clean, climate-controlled food production facility. Team members are required to wear PPE including hair nets, beard nets (if applicable), gloves, and safety shoes to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
