    Grave Shift - Assembly Operator

    **Pay** : $21/hr + 15% = $24.15/hr

    Job Description

    Manufacture, assemble, and process medical device components and products. Utilize light tools and equipment according to instructions and specifications from drawings and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    + Run multiple laser machines simultaneously (4-5 machines).

    + Inspect metal parts under a microscope.

    + Record data accurately in computer systems.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production and assembly.

    + Proficiency in using microscopes and data entry.

    + Manufacturing background with small part assembly experience.

    + Fluency in English for reading and speaking.

    + Comfortable working on a production floor with light gowning and around chemicals.

    + Ability to lift 10-15 lbs repetitively.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Capability to utilize measurement tools and devices as required by processes.

    + Demonstrate good manual dexterity.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a manufacturing environment consisting of three main areas: a clean room for assembly and sub-assembly operations, a laser area for cutting and shaping small nitinol components, and a materials area for manufacturing with raw materials, which is more heavy and dirty. The position requires working in grave shifts with the following schedules: **Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, 9:45 pm to 6:15 am.**

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.15/hr.
