    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician responsible for the inspection and maintenance of facility machinery and equipment. You will focus on injection mold machines, pumps, motors, water/air lines, vibration feed systems, conveyor systems, vacuum systems, and core builders. Partnering with an electrician, your primary responsibility will be mechanical troubleshooting and repair. Your work will consist of a mix of reactive maintenance (75%) and preventative maintenance (25%). You will also disassemble machines to repair or replace broken parts and occasionally perform minor HVAC or plumbing repairs.

    Responsibilities

    + Inspect and maintain facility machinery and equipment.

    + Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

    + Conduct reactive and preventative maintenance.

    + Disassemble machines to repair or replace broken parts.

    + Perform occasional facility maintenance, including minor HVAC or plumbing repairs.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 3 years' experience as an industrial maintenance technician in a manufacturing setting.

    + Proficiency in repairing and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems/equipment.

    + Experience working with 120v systems and ability to safely use a voltmeter.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1+ year experience working with 480v systems is a plus.

    + 1+ year of experience in reading and interpreting blueprints is a plus.

    + 1+ year of experience in laser welding is a plus.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based in a union facility that is non-climate controlled, loud, and dirty.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $59592.00 - $59592.00/yr.

     

    - $.50 raise after 90 days
