Job Title: Injection Mold Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role requires working Monday through Friday from 10:55 PM to 7:10 AM, with occasional overtime on weekends. Initially, training will be conducted on the first shift for a few days to help you acclimate, before transitioning to the third shift.

**Schedule** : 3rd shift 10:55 PM to 7:10 AM Monday-Friday

**Pay** : $35-44.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities

+ Observe all safety rules and regulations, ensuring duties are performed safely and efficiently.

+ Inspect, operate, or test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.

+ Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.

+ Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting drives, motors, belts, checking fluid levels, and replacing filters.

+ Diagnose mechanical problems and determine corrective actions.

+ Order parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers.

+ Assemble, install, or repair equipment, machinery, and components.

+ Maintain reliable attendance.

+ Undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Skills

+ Maintenance technician experience within injection Mold environment

+ Mechanical repair

+ Hydraulics and pneumatics

+ Preventive maintenance

+ Electrical knowledge

+ Blueprint reading

+ Injection mold maintenance experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Basic welding and fabricating skills

+ Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical experience

+ Schematic understanding

+ PLC troubleshooting

+ Industrial maintenance repair

+ Fabrication skills

This role is based in an injection mold company. The work environment involves working with along side large molding machines, but overall is very well organized and well lit.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
