    Job Title: Production Manager

    Job Description

    Manage the daily duties of carpenters, electricians, welders, and assemblers as they transform Mercedes Sprinter vans into high-end campers.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee the daily activities of the production team, including carpenters, electricians, welders, and assemblers.

    + Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

    + Implement continuous improvement strategies and Six Sigma methodologies.

    + Manage and scale up production processes to support accelerated company growth.

    + Coordinate with different carpentry and CNC router stations to ensure timely project completion.

    Essential Skills

    + Production management experience.

    + Expertise in continuous improvement strategies.

    + Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with lean manufacturing.

    + Extensive experience in process improvement.

    + Proven track record of managing accelerated growth in production teams and processes.

    Work in a large manufacturing and production shop with various carpentry and CNC router stations. The facility is designed to support efficient production and high-quality craftsmanship.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
