    Job Title: Warehouse Associate

    Job Description

    The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate receipt of inbound material into inventory and pulling and preparing raw and finished goods for both production and shipment to customers.

    Responsibilities

    + Receive inbound material and non-inventory purchase orders, verify contents, and compare with records such as manifests, packing slips, or invoices to verify accuracy of incoming shipments.

    + Record the receipt of material into the company ERP system.

    + Transfer material to incoming quality inspection and/or stock in the appropriate warehouse.

    + Organize and maintain stock shelves and warehouse in a clean, orderly fashion.

    + Pick inventory and prepare as required for production.

    + Pack and ship outbound product to customers.

    + Accurately prepare appropriate paperwork for domestic and international shipments.

    + Perform daily cycle counts and/or other inventory counts.

    + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

    + Perform all duties in compliance with company and ISO procedures.

    + Participate in department, site, and company-wide initiatives.

    Essential Skills

    + High School Diploma or G.E.D.

    + Minimum 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.

    + Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds.

    + Light computer and data entry skills required; SAP experience preferred.

    + Knowledge of shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, SAP/ERP interface) preferred.

    + Ability to function in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-tasking environment.

    + Experience using pallet jack and/or forklift.

    + Strong attention to detail in a warehouse environment.

    + Takes ownership and accepts accountability for work completion and quality.

    + Team player with initiative to improve processes and procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to read, write, and converse effectively in English required.

    + Attention to detail is crucial - candidates must read batch numbers and ensure they are correct.

    + Manual handling of materials from racks.

    + Computer skills for data entry, creating shipping documents, and scheduling pickups.

    + Overtime may be required.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean warehouse environment where wearing a gown, pants, and new shoes is required. Enjoy a team-oriented setting with limited supervision and the ability to move between different lines and responsibilities. Operate equipment that requires precise control and adjustments. Safety, quality, and production compliance are paramount. Understand that the environment is a clean room that necessitates high awareness to avoid contamination.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
