    - The Maintenance Clerk position is a vital role responsible for ensuring the integrity and timely repair of equipment within the plant. This position plays a crucial part in supporting the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program (Fiix), with a primary focus on minimizing downtime.

     

    - The Maintenance Clerk will be tasked with completing all assigned work orders within the designated time frame while maintaining accurate records of all work assignments.

     

    - Effective communication across various groups and departments is essential to ensure smooth operations

     

    - In this role, the Maintenance Clerk will identify required parts, manage current inventories, and compile lists of parts needed for reorder.

     

    - Attention to detail and strong planning skills are necessary to keep the part inventory organized and clean at each location.

     

    - The position also involves maintenance of the building and support equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Personal Safety Standards, and Food Safety Standards.

     

    - Key responsibilities include collaborating with mechanics to identify needed parts, locating suppliers, tracking deliveries, and accurately receiving parts.

     

    - The Maintenance Clerk will also perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities when production equipment is available.

     

    - Inventory control of spare parts is critical, including conducting inventory audits and tracking shipments.

     

    - The role requires entering data and Bill of Materials into Ariba System (SAP) and Fiix (Maintenance Software like CMMS- Computerized Maintenance Management System) and documenting findings.

     

    - Additionally, the Maintenance Clerk will manage contractor and vendor sign-ins, request quotations, and prepare purchase orders as needed.

     

    - In addition, prepare all the documentation for the local, state and federal reports, make the reports and keep them properly.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
