    We are seeking skilled and motivated Technicians to join our dynamic aerospace manufacturing team. Whether you're experienced in mechanical assembly, electrical testing, or fiber optic splicing, we have multiple departments with exciting opportunities to match your strengths.

    • Available Shifts

    • Sunday – Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

    • Wednesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

    • Key Responsibilities

    Depending on the department, your day-to-day may include:

    • Structural and mechanical assembly using torque wrenches and hand tools

    • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

    • Electrical testing, splicing fiber optic cables, or PCBA assembly

    • Material handling using pallet jacks, cranes, or riding equipment

    • Working with SAP and other computer-based systems for documentation

    • Following aerospace specifications and quality standards

    • Must-Have Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production (aerospace preferred)

    • Proficiency with hand tools, torque wrenches, and mechanical assembly

    • Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

    • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and focused on quality and precision

    • Strong attendance record and team-oriented mindset

    • Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience in aerospace, automotive, construction, or electrical installation

    • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

    • Ability to follow visual and written instructions

    • Experience with fiber optics, PCBA, or mechanical/electrical testing

    • Final Integration: Satellite assembly, rigging, harnessing, torque application

    • Panel Lines: Fiber optic splicing, cable handling, sub-assembly installation

    • Mechanisms / Mixed Model Assembly: PCBA, mechanical/electrical testing

    • SSL: Aerospace manufacturing, blueprint reading, SAP usage

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
