    Job Description

    The Operator I is a versatile role responsible for executing scheduled production orders with the opportunity to work across blending, compression, and packaging departments. The individual will handle the blending of powders, compressing tablets, and operating packaging machinery. This role requires adherence to safety procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations to ensure products meet quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Execute scheduled production orders in blending, compression, and packaging departments.

    + Blend powders and compress tablets effectively.

    + Operate packaging machinery with precision.

    + Adhere to safety procedures and use personal protective equipment properly.

    + Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations.

    + Ensure products meet quality standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Machine operation experience.

    + Line lead capabilities.

    + Troubleshooting skills.

    + 1+ years of blending operator experience.

    + 1+ years of troubleshooting experience.

    + 1+ years of inspection experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required due to language diversity on the production line.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
