    Job Posting: Commercial/Industrial Pipefitter

    **Location:** Fort Collins, CO

    **Job Description:** We are seeking experienced Commercial/Industrial Pipefitters for an exciting project in Fort Collins. This role presents an opportunity to transition to our Longmont project upon completion of the Fort Collins assignment.

     

    As part of our team, you will be working in a clean, professional manufacturing facility where you will help install two heat pump chillers into the water systems. Candidates should demonstrate a high level of professionalism and presentation.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial pipe fitting

    + Proficient in rigging large bore piping (2 ½”, 6”, 10”, and 12” carbon steel and copper)

    + Expertise in cutting, grinding, and welding carbon steel pipe, including brazing and soldering

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

    + Experience with layout and installation of pipe supports and hangers

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + NCCER certification

    + Pipefitting license or Pipefitting journey license

    + OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

    Compensation:

    + 4-6 years of experience: $35/hr

    + 7-9 years of experience: $37/hr

    + 10+ years of experience: $40/hr

    Work Schedule:

    + Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

    + 40 hours per week with potential for overtime and occasional Saturday work

    Skills Required:

    + Commercial construction experience

    + Blueprint reading

    + Rigging and fitting expertise

    + Proficient with carbon steel and copper piping

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + At least 3 years of experience in commercial pipe fitting

    + Familiarity with assembling and installing pipe systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

    + Reliable transportation to travel to the job site

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
