Process Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the injection molding area, which consists of 4-6 machines. You will troubleshoot lines, make necessary adjustments, and lead machine operators to ensure production quotas are met.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and operate 4-6 injection molding machines.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on the line.
+ Adjust machine settings, including speed, feed, and temperature.
+ Start up and shut down production lines as needed.
+ Lead and assign tasks to machine operators within the cell.
+ Ensure production quotas are achieved.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of plastic processing experience.
+ Experience in documentation for quality, adjustments, and production goals.
+ Visual quality inspection experience.
+ Experience with starting up and shutting down machines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Leadership or team lead experience.
+ Injection molding experience.
+ Preventative maintenance experience.
+ High mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Work Environment
Our facility specializes in producing plastic buckets and lids using injection molding. It operates on a 2-2-3-2 schedule with two openings for both day (7am-7pm) and night (7pm-7am) shifts. The environment is clean, climate-controlled, and there is no mandatory overtime.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Fremont, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.
