Job Title: Wire Harness Technician ($30/hr-$37/hr)
Job Description
The Wire Harness Technician will be responsible for building custom harnesses by cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating wires based on wire diagrams. The role involves assembly of wire harnesses and interpreting wiring schematics and drawings. The technician will work with military circular connectors and ensure the test box is safe to mate before transitioning to the next department.
Responsibilities
+ Build custom wire harnesses using cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating techniques.
+ Assemble wire harnesses according to wiring schematics.
+ Verify manufacturing processes and ensure quality control.
+ Interpret drawings and schematics to build docker images or control panels.
+ Work with military circular connectors and ensure safety of test boxes.
+ Use various fasteners and fastening tools in assembly processes.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in wire harness assembly including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating.
+ Ability to interpret wiring schematics and technical drawings.
+ Experience with assembling PCBAs and harnesses.
+ Skill in using fasteners and fastening tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 5 years of experience as a wire harness technician or master technician.
+ Experience with Molex wire harnesses is advantageous but not required.
+ Background as an avionics technician or in vehicle manufacturing.
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
+ Experience in test fixture build and harness build.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
