Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to specialize in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality developments. Modular homes involve manufacturing entire buildings in a production environment, which are then transported to construction sites for assembly. We are seeking an experienced Trim/Cabinet Installer with knowledge of commercial multi-family builds or residential new construction. You will be based in Albertville and will have the ability to complete cabinet installations from start to finish with confidence.

Responsibilities

+ Install cabinets according to written or verbal instructions.

+ Measure room or installation area accurately.

+ Cut or build cabinets to fit in each space efficiently.

+ Follow blueprints to ensure the quality of installation.

+ Clean up the job site after installation to maintain order and safety.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of skilled carpentry work on commercial and residential new builds.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Proficiency with tape measures, hand tools, and power tools.

+ Experience in cabinet building and assembly.

+ Ability to work collaboratively, lead, and be a team player.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Skilled in interpersonal communication and establishing effective working relationships.

Work Environment

This is an on-site carpentry opportunity with no site-to-site work involved. Work from Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with an optional Friday. Enjoy a comfortable environment with AC and heat, working with state-of-the-art machinery. The company focuses on multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality development sectors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
